docs: make sponsor logos clickable and update sponsor list

- Make all sponsor logos clickable links in README files (EN/ZH/JA)
- Replace ShanDianShuo with DMXAPI sponsor
- Add DMXAPI logo images (dmx-en.jpg, dmx-zh.jpeg)
- Unify sponsor list across all language versions
