feat: add XCodeAPI as sponsor and fix incorrect alt attributes

- Fix XCodeAPI logo alt from "Micu" to "XCodeAPI" in README_ZH.md
- Fix Crazyrouter logo alt from "AICoding" to "Crazyrouter" in all READMEs
