chore(partners): remove DDSHub partner integration

Browse Source 
Remove DDSHub from all provider presets (Claude, Claude Desktop, Codex, Hermes),
i18n files (zh/en/ja), README docs, and icon system. Physical assets retained for
potential future restoration.
