feat(services): add OpenClaw branches to backend services

- Add OpenClaw branches to proxy service (not supported)
- Add OpenClaw to MCP service (skip sync, MCP still in development)
- Add OpenClaw skills directory path
- Update ProxyTakeoverStatus with openclaw field
- Add OpenClaw to stream check (not supported)
