chore(presets): update DouBaoSeed endpoint, links, and add as partner
Switch Anthropic-format base URL from /api/coding to /api/compatible, update website/apiKey URLs to Volcengine console with tracking params, and promote DouBaoSeed to partner with trilingual promotion text.
